SMS messaging terms

The Brillant messaging program sends appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling updates, customer-support communications, and other service messages to people who have explicitly opted in through a dedicated consent checkbox.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying "STOP" to the same number that sent the message. We will confirm your unsubscribe status, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. Reply "HELP" for assistance or call 973-604-0171. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You must be 18 years or older to participate.

No funding guarantees

Brillant Enterprises provides consultation, education, readiness guidance, and support. It does not guarantee funding approvals, credit limits, rates, lender decisions, or funding timelines.

No credit score guarantees

Credit outcomes vary by individual report, documentation, bureau response, creditor response, and client behavior. Brillant Enterprises does not guarantee score increases, deletion of items, or specific credit outcomes.

Consumer credit rights

Consumers may dispute inaccurate or incomplete credit information directly with credit bureaus at no cost. Brillant Enterprises may provide assistance, education, and process support, but does not replace legal, financial, or credit-bureau advice.

Client responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, reviewing all documents, understanding any third-party services, and making their own financial decisions.

Third-party and referral links

The website may link to third-party services, including SmartCredit and scheduling or payment providers. A link may be a referral link, and Brillant Enterprises may receive compensation if a visitor chooses to use it. Use of a third-party service is optional and does not guarantee a credit, funding, or other result. The third party's own terms, pricing, and privacy policy apply.
